arvato infoscore is a subsidiary of arvato AG, the internationally networked outsourcing service provider of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. arvato infoscore has its headquarters in Baden-Baden, Germany, and employs about 2,200 people at 11 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Netherlands.

arvato infoscore stands for the integrated commercial management of customer relations throughout the entire customer life cycle. As an integrated provider of solutions for active and value-oriented management of all customer relations and cash flows, the company is set up in five business areas: Risk Management, Billing & Payment, Finance & Accounting, Collection and Utilities. Therefore, arvato infoscore offers all of the services “dealing with cash flow”:  its service portfolio begins with risk management and goes on to accruing of receivables, invoicing and settlement. arvato infoscore also takes over the security of receivables and prefinancing, to booking payments or further collection of receivables. The company supports over 4,000 customers, among others from the fields of trade, the credit services sector, insurance, energy, transportation, IT and telecommunications, health services as well as the public sector.
